Ramp Calculator is a free, general-purpose tool for computing ramp geometry — rise, run, ramp length and slope — with the 2010 ADA Standards as its first compliance reference. It is an informational reference only. It is not engineering, legal, medical or other professional advice, and using it does not create any professional relationship.

The tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that calculations, standards figures or diagrams are error-free, current or suitable for your specific project. Diagrams are schematic and not to scale.

You are responsible for verifying every compliance-critical figure yourself against the 2010 ADA Standards, and for consulting the relevant authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) or a qualified professional before you design, build or modify any ramp. A ramp built solely from this tool's output may not meet code or be safe.
